Havre Police Department

A summons was issued after a juvenile with a vape pen was reported Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Havre High School. No details on charges were provided.

Stephanie Rae Spottedeagle of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after officers followed up on a Thursday 4:49 p.m. call to 911 from Second Street West went dead and no one answered a return call.

Officers investigated multiple reports of a gunshot in the Fourth Avenue area at 8:02 p.m. Thursday.

McKenzie Gopher of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transactions with children, and Zephanie Joell Demontiney of Havre, 18, and a 14-year-old, a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after an officer investigated a complaint called in at 9:59 p.m. Thursday at Seventh Street and the First Avenue alley.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Siddora Danae Johnson of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a trespasser was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Thursday at 11:48 a.m.

Two summonses were issued after a theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 5:24 p.m. Thursday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

A Thursday 11:01 p.m. report of a rollover crash and a person who suffered head trauma on Clear Creek Road near Davey School was referred to Montana Highway Patrol and Havre Fire Department. A report on the crash was not made available by MHP.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held eight kittens of varying ages and all of unknown gender, three female cats, two female 23-week-old kittens, one male cat, one female 16-week-old kitten and one male 24-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held three female and one male 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a female mixed-breed dog, three male mixed-breed dogs, four 16-week-old puppies of unlisted gender, a female 21-week-old pit bull puppy, a male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male husky dog and a male border collie-German shepherd cross dog. Also, a male and a female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.

A girl was born Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, to Kayla and Layne Waid of Havre.
