1. Resolution No. 3848 — A Resolution of the City Council Of The City Of Havre, Montana, Vacating The Alley Located Between Fifth Avenue West And Sixth Avenue West, Block 4, Austin’s West Subdivision Havre.

2. Resolution No. 3849 — A Resolution Assessing A Special Property Tax Against Certain Property In The City Of Havre, Montana For Failure To Pay A Reasonable Charge For Nuisance Weed Control On Their Property Under The Authority Of Section 9-6-7 Of The Havre City Codes.

3. Resolution No. 3850 — A Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Havre, Montana, Temporarily Assigning The Duties Of The City Clerk-Treasurer To The Mayor Of The City Of Havre.

4. Ordinance No. 922 — An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Chapter 1 Of The Havre City Code To Add Section 19 Of The Havre City Code To Define Terms, Establish Standards, And Provide Procedures For Remediating Boarded-Up Buildings.

5. Consideration of the Fire Suppression Contract with Hill County Rural Fire District #1.

6. Agreement for Professional Services with Great West Engineering.

7. Approval of September Claims and Manual Warrants.
