State and local COVID-19 update, Sept. 24, 2021

The Montana state COVID tracking map was not updated by printing deadline this morning.

Blaine County Health Department reported Thursday evening being notified of 28 new cases from Tuesday through Thursday with 80 active, no active hospitalizations listed, 1,107 total cases, 24 deaths.

Hill County Health Department reported Thursday evening that 30 new cases were reported, 160 active, 6 active hospitalizations, 2,758 total cases, 52 deaths.

Rocky Boy reported Thursday, also reported on either Chouteau or Hill County numbers, 15 new cases, 57 active, 2 active hospitalizations, 1,017 total cases. It has reported 8 deaths.

Fort Belknap reported Thursday evening, also reported on either Blaine or Phillips County numbers, 11 new cases Wednesday and Thursday, 28 active, no active hospitalizations, 613 total cases, 12 deaths.

Liberty County had no current data released.

Chouteau County had no current data released

People can visit the state tracking map, normally updated between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. each day, online through links at https://montana.maps.arcgis.com and at https://covid19.mt.gov .

People can find online where vaccines are available in their area through https://vaccinefinder.org, operated by Boston’s Children’s Hospital and supported by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the United States Digital Service.
