Veterans Affairs conducting local outreach

Steve Mulonet and Brenda Evans, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting the following locations and times to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. People who are interested in applying for benefits need to bring a copy of their discharge paperwork, DD214, with them.

Wednesday, Oct. 6:

Shelby — Courthouse — 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Cut Bank — Glacier County Courthouse Annex Room 19 — 1:30-4 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 7:

Cut Bank — Glacier County Courthouse Annex Room 19 — 8:30-11 a.m.

Heart Butte — Heart Butte High School —12:30-2:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 20:

Glasgow — Glasgow VA Clinic — 1-4 p.m. 

Thursday, Oct. 21:

Malta — Malta City Hall — 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Friday, Oct. 22:

Rocky Boy — Rocky Boy Vet Center 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Browning veterans can meet in Cut Bank due to COVID-19.

If bad weather exists on days of travel, people can stay tuned to local radio stations for updated information regarding the outreach schedule.
