Officers investigated a remote alcohol monitoring device violation reported at 8:13 a.m. Friday

A caller at a First Street business reported Friday at 11:39 a.m. that someone had stolen a toilet seat from a bathroom during the night.

Leteaya Rose Murie of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, and Leona Grace Roastingstick of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Havre area caller reported Friday at 3:21 p.m. that a vehicle that was taken from Rocky Boy during the night might be in the Havre area.

Kelissa L. Sutherland of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Jordan Shortman of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller on Second Street reported Friday at 9:23 p.m. a disturbance with a gun involved and a caller on First Street West reported a woman walking around without pants on at 9:46 p.m. Police Chief Gab Matosich said in the initial call a man was reporting that a woman had a gun to his head, but the call was cut off. Responding officers were searching for the woman when the second call came in. He added that the gun was recovered and no one was injured in the incident.

A caller on Main Street reported at 12:14 p.m. Saturday that a window looks like it was shot with a BB gun.

Matthew Michael Converse of Havre, 44, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and Darnell Kay Champagne of Havre, 42, was arrested on a pick up and hold order after Champagne called at 7:06 p.m. Saturday reporting that someone cut an electrical line and robbed her.

Brian Lee St. Pierre of Box Elder, 51, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief vandalism and disorderly conduct after a caller on First Street West reported a man was standing in the road at 9:34 p.m. Saturday trying to get people to give him a ride.

A two-vehicle crash was reported at Fifth Avenue and First Street Sunday at 10:11 a.m.

Collin David Schieman of Havre, 25, was issued a summons on a charge of vicious dog after he called Sunday at 11:44 a.m. to report that his dog jumped the fence and bit someone.

A Sunday 3:48 p.m. caller on the 900 Block of the Seventh Avenue alley reported that a garbage can was in the middle of the alley and a manhole cover was off.

Jeremy Addison Lodgepole of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant served on 11th Avenue Sunday at 10:41 p.m.

Claren Olive Bauer of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Third Street reported at 12:04 a.m. today that someone was banging on her door.

Nikaya Dawn Stump of Rocky Boy, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on First Street reported at 1:48 a.m. that an intoxicated woman was being disruptive and trying to into the caller's van.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Isaac Alexander Chapa of Havre, 28, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after callers at 22nd Avenue and Old Post Road reported at 1:17 p.m. Friday that a car hit a pole and the driver had a seizure.

A caller at a Fifth Street North business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Monday at 5:23 p.m.

Kenneth Jermaine Woolfork of Olympia, Washington, 35, was issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property after callers reported a trespasser on the north side of the railroad tracks Saturday at 12:08 p.m.

Deputies investigated a missing person report made at 9 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 87.

Brian Lee St. Pierre of Box Elder, 51, was arrested on an assault charge at Hill County Detention Center, after someone in booking reported the incident Sunday at 1:36 a.m.

Deputies assisted another agency on Beaver Creek Road Sunday at 7:45 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, six calls Saturday and seven calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to two calls over the weekend. Friday at 1:19 p.m., the crew responded with an ambulance to a vehicle crash at 22nd Avenue and Old Post Road. There were no injuries and the scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy. Sunday at 10:23 p.m., they responded to a smoke alarm that turned out to be a false alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats, two 16-week-old kittens, a 6-month-old kitten, three 11-week-old kittens and six 21-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats, a female 12-week-old kitten, a female 7-month-old kitten and a male 14-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed dog, a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 18-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog, a male husky dog, a male mixed-breed dog and a female 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also being held separately were a female and a male 7-week-old puppies and a male 7-month-old puppy, all of mixed breed.
