Havre Police Department

Angel Marie Augustine of Fort Benton, 46, was arrested on a state District court warrant and three Justice or City court warrants served at Adult Probation and Parole on First Street West Friday at 10:11 a.m.

Officers investigated a Friday 10:34 a.m. report at Havre Middle School of a sex offense.

Child and Family Services made a cross report of a sex offense Friday at 11:44 a.m.

--

Robert Dancingfeather Gutierrez of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller reported a domestic disturbance on First Street Northeast at 12:30 p.m.

Joshua Ian Beaumont of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported Friday at 12:59 p.m. that a man was laying in the cemetery.

--

A caller reported that the driver of a Chevrolet Impala backed into the caller's Jeep Compass in the parking lot of a First Street business Friday at 4:24 p.m.

--

Kim Kristina Johnson of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia after a 10th street caller reported their daughter was trespassing Friday at 8:18 p.m.

--

Arthur Ryan Windyboy of Havre, 43, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to 24/7 Sobriety Program no show at the police station Saturday at 8:01 a.m.

--

An Eighth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 8:46 a.m. that a GMC pickup truck had been vandalized.

--

Ryan Moses St. Pierre of Box Elder, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, trespass to property and minor in possession after officers responded to a 10 a.m. Saturday report of someone passed out in the bathroom of a First Street business.

A purple children's bike was reported found on Fourth Street Saturday at 8:19 p.m.

Officers investigated a 9:25 p.m. report from a First Avenue business that intoxicated women had eaten food and left without paying for it.

Delaney James Eagleman of Rocky Boy, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported Sunday at 3:01 a.m. that a man covered in blood was at a First Street West business saying he was jumped.

--

A Sunday 8:01 a.m. caller on 11th Street reported that a pickup was vandalized again.

--

A Center Street caller asked Sunday at 11:42 a.m. for a well-being check on her children.

--

Sunday at 5:20 p.m., a caller at Hidden Valley Park reported finding a bow and arrows.

--

Kenneth Delbert Chamberlain of Havre, 57, was arrested on a pick up and hold order, two Justice or City court warrants and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and possession with intent to sell during a vehicle stop on First Street Sunday at 5:32 p.m.

--

A dog bite was reported by a caller at the hospital Sunday at 11:46 p.m.

--

An 11th Street caller who had a vehicle vandalized Sunday reported smelling paint Monday at 12:22 a.m.

--

Clarissa Lynn Lawson of Havre, 34, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller at a First Street business asked for assistance for a woman outside the building Monday at 6:02 a.m.

--

A First Street caller reported at 7:59 a.m. Monday reported that someone tried to kick in his door.

--

Officers investigated an incident Monday at 12:57 p.m. related to a past breaking and entering on 14th Avenue.

--

Stephanie Rae Spottedeagle of Havre, 47, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and violation of conditions of release, after a First Street caller reported a shoplifter Monday at 2:24 p.m.

--

A Monday 10:09 p.m. caller from Fifth Street asked to speak with an officer.

--

A water main break on Fourth Street was reported to Havre Public Works at 2:22 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Angel Marie Augustine of Fort Benton, 46, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 5:47 p.m.

--

And investigation was made during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 Friday at 9:22 p.m.

--

Deputies investigated suspicious activity on Second Street West Saturday at 8:42 a.m.

--

Kenneth Jermaine Woolfork of Olympia, Washington, 35, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, two counts, and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller with BNSF Railway reported a man dressed all in black walking on the main rail line west of Havre at 9:40 a.m. Saturday.

--

An employee at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 1:44 p.m. Sunday asked to speak with a deputy.

--

Kallen Blaine Parisian of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies were called Sunday at 10:06 p.m. to provide assistance at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

--

Nathaniel Isaac Windyboy of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served Monday at 9:22 a.m. on Road 405 South, where deputies also performed a well-being check on someone at 10:44 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and five Monday.

Firefighters responded to a hazardous materials call on the 700 Block of First Street Saturday at 10:43 p.m. where approximately 5 gallons of gasoline has spilled and spread across a 50 square foot area. The crew spread absorbent on the gas and cleaned the affected area.

--

Firefighters responded to two fire alarms Sunday. They found that the 9:56 a.m. alarm on the 1200 Block of Cleveland Avenue had been pulled by a resident, and the alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street at 10:08 a.m. was triggered by burnt food.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held an 16-week-old kitten and a 6-month-old kitten, both of unknown gender, three female cats, a male 13-week-old kitten, a female 11-week-old kitten, a male cat and a 14-week-old kitten. A male 17-week-old kitten and a male 18-week-old kitten were being held separately but are also available for adoption.

The shelter also held a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog, a male husky dog and a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also being held separately were a female and a male 6-week-old puppies and a male 7-month-old puppy, all of mixed breed.
