Hill County Sheriff’s Office
Justine Philomene Bauer of Havre, 30, was arrested on a charge of violation of protective order and on a Justice or City court order after deputies assisted probation and parole on 14th Street Northeast Thursday at 10:40 a.m.

Deputies called to a U.S. Highway 2 West business for a theft, forgery or fraud issue at 1:05 p.m. Thursday made two arrests at 1:36 p.m. at the business. Latesha Jackson and Felicia Jackson, who were named in the dispatch log as being involved in the incident, were listed in this morning’s jail roster, Latesha Jackson on a charge of obstructing and Felicia Jackson on a charge of failure to comply.

Michael Paul Russette of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported a disturbance Thursday at 8:42 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday and one early this morning.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held a 15-week-old kitten, a 6-month-old kitten, a 7-month-old kitten and one 13-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, three female cats, a male 13-week-old kitten, a female 10-week-old kitten and one male cat. A male 17-week-old kitten and a male 18-week-old kitten were being held separately but are also available for adoption.

The shelter also held a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog, a female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male husky dog and a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also being held separately were a female and a male 6-week-old puppies and a male 7-month-old puppy, all of mixed breed.
