Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street business reported vandalism to the building Wednesday at 6:26 a.m.

Ryan Moses St. Pierre of Box Elder, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 2:15 p.m.

Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West at 5:11 p.m. Wednesday. No details on the charges were provided.

A summons was issued to an 8-year-old on a charge of criminal mischief vandalism after a caller on First Street reported Wednesday at 7:52 p.m. that two boys threw a rock at and broke a car window.

Adam James Swan of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers picked him up from Blaine County line at 9:39 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Winona Ida Lamere of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespass to property after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft Wednesday at 5:12 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 6-month-old kitten, a 7-month-old kitten and one 13-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, three female cats, a male 13-week-old kitten, a female 10-week-old kitten and a male cat. A male 17-week-old kitten and a male 18-week-old kitten were being held separately but are also available for adoption.

The shelter also held a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog, a male husky dog and a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Being held separately were a female and a male 6-week-old puppies, a male 7-month-old puppy and a 21-week-old female puppy, all of mixed breeding.
