Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a cross report from Child and Family Services called in at 2:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Ryan Moses St. Pierre of Box Elder, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a First Street caller at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday reported that a man had thrown a brick into the street.

A caller at a Second Street West business reported Tuesday at 4:22 p.m. that an employee backing off the property backed into a car on the street.

--

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported on Fifth Avenue Tuesday at 5:18 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a drug offense complaint made by a caller at a Second Street West business Tuesday at 5:36 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at 10:29 a.m. on the 800 Block of Fourth Street. A malfunctioning alarm was reset.

Firefighters rescued a cat in a tree on the 400 Block of Eighth Street, responding at 3:12 p.m. Tuesday.

Firefighters responded at 7:26 p.m. to a grass fire along U.S. Highway 2 East. The fire was started after an over-heated wheel came off a semitractor-trailer and bounced into the ditch and then into a pasture.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 7-month-old kitten and one 13-week-old kitten both of unknown gender, three female cats, a 12-week old male kitten, two male cats and a female 10-week-old kitten. A male 16-week-old kitten and a male 18-week-old kitten were being held separately but are also available for adoption.

The shelter also held a male catahoula leopard dog, a female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male shepherd dog, a male husky dog and a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also being held separately were a female and a male 6-week-old puppies, a 7-month-old male puppy and a 21-week-old female puppy, all of mixed breed.
