Officers responding to a call from Second Street West at 7:30 a.m. Thursday arrested Stephanie Rae Spottedeagle of Havre, 47, on a Justice or City Court Warrant.

Officers issued a summons at 8 a.m. Wednesday on allegations of a 24/7 sobriety program violation for failing to appear but details were not provided in the dispatch log.

After receiving a call from Third Street West at 1:02 p.m. Thursday requesting the removal of trespassers, officers arrested Kaira Shondell Harrison of Billings, 22, on charges of assault on a peace officer, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and on a state District Court warrant.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash between a Ford Explorer and a car, make and model not listed, reported from First Street at 2:12 p.m. Thursday.

After receiving a call from First Street at 6:19 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested Harvey J. Morsette of Box Elder, 41, on three Justice or City court warrants.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Darrell David Gardipee Jr. of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants at Main Street and Second Avenue in Box Elder Thursday at 1:51 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday and one early this morning.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held three 8-week-old kittens, two 15-week-old kittens, a 6-month-old kitten and one 11-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, three female cats, three male 18-week-old kittens and two male cats. A male 15-week-old kitten and a male 16-week-old kitten were being held separately.

The shelter also held one female and one male 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a female Doberman pinscher dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female Australian shepherd dog, a male husky dog and a female shar pei dog.
