Hill County Health Consortium will hold a quarterly meeting Thursday, Aug. 19, from 3-5 p.m. in the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line multipurpose room at 500 First Ave.

The agenda for the meeting is:

Each member to briefly introduce themselves and any relevant projects

• Distribute Community Health Needs Assessment

Discussion and approval

• Identify new priorities

Community Health Implementation Plan

• Montana Community Health Foundation grant

Continue/restructure subgroups
