Sunday, Aug. 15, Izaak Opatz will bring his band to Triple Dog Brewing Co. as part of a northwest tour.
Opatz is no stranger to the Hi-Line having performed in Havre both a solo acoustic act and with his former band, The Best Westerns.
This show marks the first time Opatz has performed in Havre with his solo band, composed of Los Angeles studio musicians who also appeared on his last two albums.

The album's first single, "Drunk on a Plane," was featured in Rolling Stone's Country Music Picks of the week. Opatz has been featured two other times in Rolling Stone, in 2018 as an "Artist you need to know" and in 2019 was billed as one of the "AmericanaFest: 20 Must-See Shows."
Opatz's August tour was announced at the beginning of the summer and a Havre date was added after he was contacted by the owners of Triple Dog Brewing, Michael and Erin Garrity, who are friends with Opatz.
Born and raised in Whitefish, Opatz has been writing and performing in Montana, Nashville, and Los Angeles for the last 10 years and has has shared the stage with Jackson Browne, James McMurtry, Jonny Fritz, and Taylor Goldsmith of the band Dawes.
