Officers investigating suspicious activity on 14th Avenue at 11:51 p.m. Friday arrested a 17-year-old girl from Box Elder ion charges of assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor, under-age tobacco possession or consumption and criminal mischief or vandalism and issued a summons to a 17-year-old girl from Box Elder on charges of obstructing a peace officer and purchase or possession of intoxicants by a minor.

After a caller at 4:20 a.m. Saturday reported a man lying on the street on the 400 Block of Main Street, officers arrested Troy Michael Werk of Havre, 47, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

After a person at the police department at 8:01 a.m. Sunday reported finding a mini motorcycle, officers issued a summons to a 12-year-old Havre boy on charges of theft, criminal trespass to property and obstructing a peace officer.

Officer investigated after a 14th Avenue caller reported at 8:03 a.m. Sunday the theft of a decorative flag and yard decorations.

After a 24/7 program violation, officers arrested Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, on a charge of criminal contempt.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from 10th Avenue reported at 9:09 a.m. Sunday that neighbor children are not getting trash into the dumpsters and trash was getting all over the alley.

Officers investigated a report made at 5:16 p.m. Sunday from a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business that a brick was thrown through the window of a 2005 Ford Taurus.

After receiving a call from a Havre hospital about a combative patient, officers arrested Beau Dean Demontiney of Box Elder, 31, on charges of criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct.

After receiving a call from a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest establishment at 7:04 p.m. Sunday, offcers arrested Errol A. Mann of Havre, 45, on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal mischief or vandalism.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Deputies were called to Laredo at 11 a.m. Friday to provide assistance.

Deputies were called Friday at 2:48 p.m. to provide assistance at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Someone stopped at the sheriff's office Friday at 4:30 p.m. to ask deputies for assistance with a complaint.

Deputies issued a written or verbal warning, after a caller reported Friday at 10:28 p.m. that someone had a large campfire in Beaver Creek Park.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and Nathaniel Robert Turner of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop at Beaver Creek Highway and Eagle Rock Road Saturday at 8:14 p.m.

At 4:28 a.m. Sunday, a caller on Wildhorse Road reported a cow had been hit and was in the middle of the road.

Cordale Cheyenne Beard of Havre, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant after a Havre area caller made a complaint at 11:50 a.m. Sunday.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, five Saturday, six Sunday and two early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 10 Block of 13th Street West at 8:57 a.m. Friday, but an investigation of the building and grounds found no signs of fire or smoke.

Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on the 900 Block of County Road 451 at 2:13 p.m. Friday. The fire was contained to the vehicle and some surrounding grass and put out. The cause of the fire, which started in the engine compartment is not know, but the vehicle was a total loss, said Assistant Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage.

Firefighters were called to the 1000 Block of Boulevard Avenue Friday at 8:50 p.m. on a report of burning debris, but nothing was found.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held three 7-week-old kittens, three 13-week-old kittens, one 9-week-old kitten, three 16-week-old kittens and one 12-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, six female cats, one female 22-week-old kitten and two male cats. A male 13-week-old kitten and a male 14-week-old kitten were being held separately.

The shelter also held three female and two male 9-week-old puppies, a female 17-week-old puppy, a male 10-month-old puppy, a female Doberman pinscher dog, a male 11-month-old puppy, a male 8-month-old puppy and a male boxer.
