Havre Police Department

John Michael Segna of Havre, 31, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller on Second Street reported someone in his residence Thursday at 6:19 a.m.

A Fourth Street caller reported finding a pink bike Thursday at 8:55 a.m.

--

A two-vehicle crash involving a white Dodge and a red Crown Victoria was reported at a First Street business Thursday at 10:11 a.m.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 10:14 a.m. to report that an unauthorized phone account was opened in their name.

Aliyah Brielle Eagleman of Rocky Boy, 21, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and disorderly conduct and on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller reported Thursday at 4:07 p.m. that a woman was trying to sell alcohol on the property of a First Street business. No information was provided on a second arrest listed with this call.

A Third Avenue caller asked Thursday at 7:51 p.m. to speak with an officer about a stolen bike.

Arthur Ryan Windyboy Sr. of Havre, 43, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no show Thursday at 8:10 p.m.

Jacob Taylor King of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance after a vehicle stop on 14th Avenue Thursday at 9:54 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report of an off-road incident at Beaver Creek Park Thursday at 4:09 p.m.

Leonard Billy of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on a Justice of City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 4:23 p.m.

Skylah Morsette of Box Elder, 25, was issued a summons on a charge of theft after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft Thursday at 6:16 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 6-week-old kittens, one 9-week-old kitten, three 16-week-old kittens and one 11-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, seven female cats, one male cat and one female 22-week-old kitten. A male 13-week-old kitten and a male 14-week-old kitten were being held separately.

The shelter also held three female and two male 9-week-old puppies, a female 16-week-old puppy, a male 10-month-old puppy, a female Doberman pinscher dog, a male 11-month-old puppy and a male boxer.
