Regular agenda —

1. Ratification of AFSCME Local 336 Public Works Collective Bargaining Agreement for July 1, 2021, thru June 30, 2023.

2. Resolution No. 3839 — A Resolution Of Intention To Cancel The Nov. 2, 2021, General Election Of Certain Municipal Officers.

3. Resolution No. 3840 — Authorization To Submit MCEP Infrastructure Planning Grant Application

4. Friends of the Havre Animal Shelter request for variance to city ordinance to allow dogs in Pepin Park from 4-8 p.m. Aug. 14.

5. Request from the Palace Bar to barricade the alley between Second and Third avenues behind the Palace Bar Sept. 18 for a cornhole tournament with alcohol sales.

6. Approval of Independence Bank pledged securities for quarter ending June 30, 2021.

7. Approval of July claims and manual warrants.
