Havre Police Department

Anthony Wayne Groce of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Sixth Street West reported suspicious men at the Blue Pony Stadium Wednesday at 6 a.m.

Shawn Michael Stoner of Havre, 35, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at Havre City Court Wednesday at 10:07 a.m.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Havre, 39, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a woman on Second Street Northeast reported Wednesday at 12:16 p.m. that a man pushed her daughter.

Dane Dvorshak of Malta, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday.

Dawn Marie St. Marks of Havre, 64, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, driving under the influence with undetermined level, stop sign violation and driving without vehicle insurance after a Wednesday 4:46 p.m. vehicle stop on 14th Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

At 7:35 a.m. Wednesday, deputies investigated a stolen vehicle report on 43rd Street West.

Jamie Lauren Seymour of Chinook, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 2:12 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls during the 24-hour reporting period.

Firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm Wednesday at 7:19 p.m. at a two-family dwelling on the 600 Block of Ninth Avenue. The toxic gas was detected and determined to be from a malfunctioning water heater. The scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 3-week-old kittens, five 11-week-old kittens, one 6-week-old kitten, three 3-week-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four female cats and eight male cats. A 10-week-old kitten and an 11-week-old kitten both of unknown gender were being held separately.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male St. Bernard dog, a male and a female 11-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy.
