Hill County Sheriff's Office
Deputies made an arrest on a warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 5:15 p.m. No details on the arrest were provided.

Deputies investigated a complaint made Tuesday at 7:03 p.m. on 10th Street West.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to the 1400 Block of U.S. Highway 2 Northwest at 8:53 a.m. Tuesday for a grease fire. They were able to put the fire out with a portable extinguisher, and minimal damage was done to the structure.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held three 3-week-old kittens, five 11-week-old kittens, one 5-week-old kitten, three 3-week-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four female cats and seven male cats. A 9-week-old kitten and a 11-week-old kitten both of unknown gender were being held separately.

The shelter also held one male mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female pit bull dog, a male St. Bernard dog, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male and a female 11-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy. Another three male and two female 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
