Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a complaint made at the police station Friday at 9:37 a.m.

Gary Farinas of Havre, 60, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported Friday at 10:09 a.m. that a man was threatening the caller.

Adrian Tyrell Chiefstick of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief vandalism after a Third Avenue caller reported Friday at 11:29 a.m. that a man had broken windows out of the caller's house.

--

Officers assisted another agency at a First Street West establishment Friday at 5:36 p.m.

Randy Collins of Harlem, 35, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 7:42 p.m. caller at a First Street establishment reported a male patron was causing a disturbance and officers reported at 8 p.m. being on scene with people who were yelling at them.

Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, habitual traffic offender, driving without vehicle insurance and expired vehicle registration after a vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue Friday at 9:47 p.m.

Officers made bar walkthroughs Saturday at 12:04 a.m. at establishments downtown on First Street.

A First Street caller reported Saturday at 12:09 a.m. that a vehicle had been egged.

Hypatia Lee Getten of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and partner or family member assault after calling Saturday at 3:35 a.m. reporting a partner had thrown a bowl and was "freaking out."

Zona Anne McConnell of Havre, 52, was issued a summons on a forgery charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported Saturday at 9:12 a.m. that a customer used a fake $100 bill.

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 11:56 a.m. to report that some equipment had been stolen.

Officers investigated a Saturday 12:06 p.m. report from Third Street that it appeared that someone was living in a house that was supposed to be vacant.

Justin William Goggles Jr. of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of DUI, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, careless driving, expired vehicle registration and no vehicle insurance after a caller on Sixth Avenue reported Saturday at 4:26 p.m. that a vehicle was all over the road and almost rear ended multiple vehicles.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash at Second Avenue and Sixth Street Saturday at 6:44 p.m.

Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz of Hingham 31, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants and charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Fifth Street caller reported a vehicle parked on private property at 7:38 p.m. Saturday.

Shannon Michele Larsen of Havre, 51, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue at 8:54 p.m. Saturday.

--

Hailey Storme Britton of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on a charge of false reports to law enforcement authorities after making a 12:11 a.m. Sunday report of a 3-year-old child being left home alone.

Kaden James Ereaux of Hays, 19, was arrested on charges of assault, two counts; resisting arrest; disorderly conduct and minor in possession after callers at a First Street West business asked Sunday at 1:19 a.m. for officer assistance at an assault.

--

A caller in Havre asked officers Sunday at 5:57 a.m. for assistance with a woman wrapped in a blanket in an alley.

--

Adam James Swan of Havre, 34, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on First Street Northeast reported Sunday at 10:05 a.m. that their partner had hit a woman.

A Sunday 10:07 a.m. caller in Havre reported a possible child abuse case.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Ne'Teya Schaly Ironroad of Harlem, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West reported a complaint at 1:34 p.m. Friday.

A sex offense was reported in the county Saturday at 9:49 p.m.

An arrest was made after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported a woman was pounding on their house Saturday at 12:25 a.m. and deputies made a vehicle stop on U.S. 87 at 12:39 a.m. and a complaint came from U.S. 87 at 2:12 a.m. and someone reported that a man might have been hit by a car on U.S. Highway 87 at 2:26 a.m. No details were provided on the charges in the dispatch log, but Denella Lee Longfox of Havre, 45, who was named as an involved party, was listed in the Saturday jail roster as being held on a charge of failure to comply with City Court, obstruction and disorderly conduct was then transported at 3:51 a.m. from the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation line at Laredo to the detention center..

John Slack of Dodson, 56, was arrested on two counts of assault with a weapon and on five Justice or City court warrants after deputies assisted another agency on Mission Taylor Road on Rocky Boy at 8 p.m. Sunday.

A summons was issued on U.S. Highway 2 East at 12:29 a.m. Sunday, but no details on charges were provided.

--

Deputies were asked Sunday at 3:45 p.m. for assistance at the Great Northern Fairgrounds for a possible assault.

A caller at a Gildford business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Sunday at 7:34 p.m

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, six calls Saturday, seven calls Sunday and one early this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a 12:06 p.m. fire alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street where they discovered the alarm was unintentionally set off.

--

Firefighters were called at 5:52 p.m. Sunday to the 8700 Block of First Street West, where a downed power line arced and caused a fire in an unused outbuilding and nearby grassy area. The fire was contained to a small area, but the structure was a total loss. Fire crews cleared the scene at 10:26 p.m.

Firefighters responded to fire reported Sunday at the 1300 Block of First Street at 5:54 p.m. Sunday. The fire and smoke were caused by a butane torch being used to repair asphalt in a parking lot.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 3-week-old kittens, five 10-week-old kittens, one 5-week-old kitten, three 2-week-old kittens and three cats all of unknown gender, four female cats and seven male cats. A 9-week-old kitten and a 10-week-old kitten both of unknown gender were being held separately.

The shelter also held one male mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy. Another three male and two female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
