Havre Police Department

Shawn Michael Stoner of Havre, 35, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station Thursday at 8:04 a.m.

Two bicycles, one black and one white and blue, were reported found on First Avenue at 9:31 a.m. Thursday.

--

A caller at a Ninth Avenue business reported Thursday at 9:44 a.m. that a windshield had been broken.

--

Thursday at 2:44 p.m. a caller on Second Street West reported a broken windshield.

--

A wallet was reported found in the post office drop box Thursday at 6:13 p.m.

Officers were called Thursday at 9:33 p.m. to a hit and run crash on Third Street.

A caller asked Thursday at 11:46 p.m. for a well-being check on someone on 14th Street West.

Amanda Jean Michaelis of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a charge of licensee, employee or other providing alcohol to a minor, and Grace Fumiko Farinas of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession, after a Thursday 11:54 p.m. caller at a First Street establishment reported that a minor was being served alcohol.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 40, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant when a deputy served the summons on Smithville Road Thursday at 1:28 p.m.

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop at 12th Avenue and Eighth Street at 1:31 a.m. today. No details on the charges were provided.

Deputies assisted another agency in Beaver Creek Park at 3:09 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 2-week-old kittens and three cats all of unknown gender, three female cats and seven male cats. A 9-week-old kitten and a 10-week-old kitten both of unknown gender were being held separately.

The shelter also held a female 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, one male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male and a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy. Another three male and two female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
