Avery Jordan Boe of Hays, 36, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller on Seventh Avenue reported a disturbance Thursday at 9:50 a.m.

Officers investigated a Thursday 2:08 p.m. report from Third Street of stolen tools.

Susan Rae Rainingbird of Box Elder, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, Joshua James Arkinson of Havre was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, a Justice or City court warrant and a pick-up and hold order, and Dustin John Grandchamp of Box Elder, 29, was issued a summons on a charge of theft after a caller at a First Street reported a theft Thursday at 2:11 p.m.

A two-vehicle crash between a white Chevrolet and a blue Chevrolet was reported on First Street West Thursday at 6:09 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Smithville Road reported fireworks being shot off at 8:13 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Donna Louise Newton of Havre, 60, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of trespass to property after a trespasser was reported by a caller at U.S. Highway 2 West business Thursday at 6:19 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 1-week-old, one 8-week-old and one 9-week-old kittens and two cats all of unknown gender, three female cats and six male cats.

The shelter also held a female 11-month-old mixed breed puppy, two male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, an female 8-month-old, a male and a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 15-week-old mixed breed puppy and a 26-week-old mixed-breed dog of unknown gender.
