Regular agenda —

1. Mayor’s termination of the Emergency Declaration set by Resolution No. 3815 on April 6, 2020.

1. Resolution No. 3837 — A Resolution Affirming Active Participation In The Bear Paw Economic Development District.

2. Resolution No. 3838 — A Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Havre, Montana Requesting The Election Administrator Of Hill County, Montana 2021 General Election Be Held By Mail.

3. Bullhook Community Health Center request to hold color run/walk Aug. 14.

4. Independence Bank request to close Third Street, from Fifth Avenue to their drive-up exit from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 13 to hold a Community Appreciation Barbeque.

5. Havre Youth Baseball Association request to close 11th Avenue between Ninth Street and 11th Street July 29 to Aug. 2 to Host the 2021 American Legion Class A State Baseball Tournament at Legion Park

6. Approval of June claims and manual warrants.
