Havre Police Department

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from a service agency on the 600 Block of Second Street reported at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday that an intoxicated person was being obnoxious.

After a caller from Second Street at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday reported a fight, officers arrested Grant William Saddler of Box Elder, 56, on a charge of assault.

Animal control issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from Sage Brush Drive at 1:02 p.m. Tuesday complained about some chickens.

Officers conducted extra controls after a caller from Second Street Northeast at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday reported people walking around behind the caller's residence.

Andrea Rose Eagleman of Havre, 43, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after she called from a Third Street location at 10:47 p.m. Tuesday and said someone assaulted her.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report of theft made at 11:24 a.m. Tuesday from the 3400 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East.

Deputies investigated a report made at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday that a storage shed on the 2400 Block of Second Street West had been broken into.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 1-week-old kittens, one seven-week-old kitten, one nine-week-old kitten and two 9-month-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats, six male cats and one cat of unknown gender.

The shelter also held a 26-week-old mixed-breed dog of unknown gender, male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male and a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 11-month-old mixed breed puppy and two male and two female mixed-breed dogs.

A boy was born June 29, 2021, to Christa Lyons and Michael Henderson of Havre.
