Hill County Sheriff's Office
Jesse Ryan Bigoness of Havre, 31, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge, after a caller on 34th Avenue Northeast reported that people were fighting Wednesday at 9:31 a.m. outside a home across the street. Someone yelled at the caller to contact police and it appeared that someone had fallen out of a window.

The shelter this morning held six female cats and five male cats.
