Havre Police Department

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue Wednesday at 7:48 a.m., but no details were provided on the charges.

Elias Paul Lamere of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, when the warrant was served on First Street West Wednesday at 2:42 p.m.

Jake Wyatt Doornek of Wolf Point, 33, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller with Amtrak asked Wednesday at 2:56 p.m. for assistance removing a man from the train.

Kevin Dean Trumble of Havre, 52, was issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property, after a Wednesday 3:07 p.m. caller on 17th Street West asked to speak with an officer about some questions.

Kurt Allan Eagleman of Havre, 41, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served after a caller on Seventh Avenue reported a man was acting weird Wednesday at 5:16 p.m.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 68, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a confused man was reported at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday at 15th Street West and Boulevard Avenue.

A vehicle was reported sideswiped on Sixth Avenue Wednesday at 5:26 p.m.

Someone on Second Street called at 7:26 p.m. Wednesday to speak with an officer about a burglary.

Two arrests were made after a First Street West caller made a complaint Wednesday at 7:55 p.m., but no details on the charges were provided.

A caller at a First Street West business reported at 4:52 a.m. today that a phone was stolen.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Jesse Ryan Bigoness of Havre, 31, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge, after a caller on 34th Avenue Northeast reported that people were fighting Wednesday at 9:31 a.m. outside a home across the street. Someone yelled at the caller to contact police and it appeared that someone had fallen out of a window.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six female cats and five male cats.

The shelter also held a female 11-month-old mixed breed puppy, two male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, one male and two female mixed-breed dogs, and a male and a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies.

A girl was born Tuesday, June 22, 2021, to Kylee Oats and Malcolm Mitchell of Box Elder.
