Havre Police Department

Teresa Lynn Adamson of Havre, 58, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license after a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at midnight.

Sarah Louise Holsinger of Havre, 23, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on two Justice or City court warrants after an 11th Street caller reported a man and woman loudly fighting in the alley at 3:33 a.m. Saturday.

A hit and run crash was reported on First Street Saturday at 9:08 a.m.

--

Clay James Badhawk of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served while officers were investigating a domestic disturbance reported on First Street Northeast at 12:05 p.m. Saturday.

A caller at the east end water station reported that the pump was not working Saturday at 12:57 p.m., and dispatch notified Havre Public Works.

A GMC pickup was reported having hit a fence at a First Street business Saturday at 6 p.m.

Travix Mitchell Scheffelmaer of Dodson, 25, was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated, after Phillips County law enforcement asked Saturday at 9:28 p.m. for assistance looking for a man.

Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz of Hingham, 31, was arrested on a criminal mischief charge and a Justice or City court warrant, and Bradley Lynn Perkins of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a criminal mischief charge after a caller on Second Street reported Saturday at 10:23 p.m. that a man had flattened tires and left eastbound from the caller's location. Officers served the warrant on Freyholtz on 11th Avenue at 10:39 a.m. Sunday.

Garreth Jon Robertson of Havre, 20, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop on Seventh Street Saturday at 11:05 p.m.

Officers stopped and investigated suspicious activity with a male on Third Street at 2:22 a.m. Sunday.

Charles Glynn Plante of Havre, 43, and Celestine Rose Plante of Havre, 39, were each arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after dispatch received a 12:05 a.m. 911 call today, but the caller hung up.

A12:13 a.m. today an 11th Avenue caller reported that someone took personal belongings out of a vehicle.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sierra Marie Flammond of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center at 10:13 a.m. Friday.

A caller at the Havre City-County Airport reported Friday at 11:30 a.m. that a family member and their plane are missing.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Havre, 39, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 1:06 p.m.

Charles Glenn Horn of Harlem, 56, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after a caller reported an erratic driver on U.S. Highway 2 West Friday at 7:41 p.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint made Saturday at 5:44 p.m.

--

A caller reported people fighting at a location near U.S. Highway 87 Sunday at 12:07 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, eight calls Saturday and two Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, six female cats and seven male cats.

The shelter also held two female and one male 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies, two male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a male and two female mixed-breed dogs.
