The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Havre Middle School.

The agenda for the meeting is:

A. Call to order

4. Agenda deletions or corrections, and additions allowed by policy, if any

B. New business

1. Personnel

2. Out-of-state travel

3. Consideration of Fiscal Year 2022 property and liability insurance renewal

4. Consideration of revisions to Policy 2221 and New Procedure 2221P on second and final reading.

5. Consideration of Declaration of Unforeseen Emergency in Accordance with Title 20, Chapter 9. Part 8, Montana Code Annotated

6. Consideration of revisions to Policy 1905 on first and final reading.

7. Safe Return to School and Continuity of Services Plan

Public Comment — An opportunity for any member of the audience to bring to the attention of the board questions or relevant comments concerning district matters not on the agenda. The board will not discuss or take action on items not on the agenda, but may refer a matter presented to a future agenda.
