A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation after a 10th Street West caller reported Thursday at 6:59 a.m. that their child had not come home.

Officers assisted Montana Highway Patrol at the hospital Thursday at 7:17 a.m.

A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported Thursday at 10:05 a.m. on Second Avenue.

A Child and Family Services caller on Second Street filed a cross report with Havre police Thursday at 12:42 p.m.

A vehicle crash was reported on First Street West at 5:36 p.m. Thursday.

Dolan Weaver Tuss of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, unauthorized use of motor vehicles, trespass to vehicles, theft and driving under the influence after an vehicle theft was reported from a First Street business at 7:14 p.m. Thursday.

A Second Street caller reported Thursday at 8:39 p.m. that a tire was slashed.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported Thursday at 9:17 p.m. that a woman had turned the faucet on at a sink and left the building.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Second Street caller reported a group of people were trying to fight at 9:23 p.m. Thursday.

Ervinal James Denny Jr. of Box Elder, 50, was issued a summons on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving without a driver's license after he reported from 13th Street Thursday at 10:47 p.m. that a vehicle had been taken.

Beer was reported stolen from a First Street West business at 1:30 a.m. today.

Heather Lena Marie Lamere of Havre, 26, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a Second Street caller asked at 2:48 and 4:34 a.m. today for assistance removing a woman from a residence.

Two arrests were made after officers investigated suspicious activity on Second Street at 4:51 a.m. today, but no details on charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Darien Fritz McCallum, 27, a homeless man from North Carolina, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a Thursday 6:13 p.m. caller reported a trespasser on BNSF Railway property.

Colter Stimson of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on First Street West Thursday at 9:49 p.m.

--

Alejandro Jose Isidor of Washington, Ontario, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving without vehicle insurance and speeding after deputies initiated a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 at 12:56 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 9-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 10-month-old mixed breed puppy and a male bearded collie-cocker spaniel cross.
