Library Summer Reading starts Wednesday

Havre-Hill County Library Summer Reading will kick off at Pepin Park Wednesday with a special Nature Fest/Summer Reading event that will take the library’s Story Time to the park.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., kids will be able to sign up for Summer Reading, make a craft, play a game and sketch nature.

The Wednesday Story Time will be held in Pepin Park at 11 a.m. through July 28.

Friday, July 30, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Summer Reading program will wrap up at the park, with a Pepin Park Stuffed Animal Picnic. Derek Hann will perform at noon. Reading program winners will be announced, and prizes awarded at the park. Any unclaimed prizes may be picked up at the library the following Monday.

Story Time on Mondays and Fridays will still have virtual storytelling at 10:15 a.m. on the Library’s Facebook page.
