Havre Police Department

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after people reported at 6:14 a.m. Thursday that their child had not come home the previous night.

A 9:10 a.m. Thursday caller at Fifth Avenue and a Ninth Street reported a vehicle crash between and Lincoln and a Ford.

Aaron Carl Lamere of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Travis Vaughn Standinghorn of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest and on three Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported a stolen bike Thursday at 12:32 p.m. and officers stopped to talk with a man on Second Street at 1:09 p.m.

Callers on Third Street reported a vehicle crash involving a Chevrolet Impala and a Cadillac at 1:20 p.m. Thursday.

Someone stopped at the police station to speak with an officer Thursday at 7:05 p.m.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on an assault charge after a caller on 13th Street Southeast reported Thursday at 7:36 p.m. that their child had been assaulted while at a Fifth Avenue business.

A Sixth Street caller asked Thursday at 8:48 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Kelissa L. Sutherland of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 11:17 a.m.

Someone stopped at the sheriff's office Thursday at 4:50 p.m. to report an auto theft.

--

An arrest was made after a Thursday 5:14 p.m. vehicle stop in Beaver Creek Park. Jesse Lee Standingrock, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in the jail roster this morning as being held on two City Court warrants.

A caller at Fresno Reservoir reported a theft, forgery or fraud Thursday at 8:02 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday and three early this morning.

Firefighters responded to two calls that turned out to be false alarms, one at 9:48 p.m. on the 10 Block of Third Street and the other at 10:33 p.m. on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 8-week-old kittens of unknown gender, six female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a male and two female mixed-breed dogs, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, and a male and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies.
