State and local COVID-19 update, May 28, 2021

People can find online where vaccines are available in their area through https://vaccinefinder.org, operated by Boston’s Children’s Hospital and supported by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the United States Digital Service.

The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Montana on the state map after today’s update was 111,718 with 149 new cases, 853 active. The number of active hospitalizations was 65. The number of deaths was 1,612.

Blaine County Health Department reported Thursday evening being notified of 2 new cases, 818 total, 13 active, 24 deaths.

Hill County Health Department reported Thursday evening that no new cases were reported with 1,997 total, 5 active, 1 active hospitalization, 45 deaths.

Rocky Boy Health Center, also reported on either Chouteau or Hill County numbers, last updated numbers April 2. Rocky Boy has had 7 deaths.

Fort Belknap, reported Thursday evening, also reported on either Blaine or Phillips County numbers, 2 new cases, 481 total, 14 active, no active hospitalizations, 12 deaths.

Liberty County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 117 total, none active, 1 death.

Chouteau County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 509 total, 1 active, 6 deaths.
