Havre Police Department

A Fifth Street caller asked Monday at 2:09 p.m. to speak to an officer about a bike.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and under age tobacco possession or consumption after a caller at Havre Middle School reported a juvenile with paraphernalia Monday at 2:54 p.m.

Avery Jordan Boe of Hays, 36, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and violation of conditions of release after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 9:09 p.m. that a man had tried to get into her backyard and then started digging through a car in the alley.

A 13-year-old and a 12-year-old were each issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and juvenile curfew violation after a caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 9:49 p.m. that juveniles had stolen a phone charger and were last seen headed west.

George HenryNathaniel Heard of Michigan City, Indiana, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license after a vehicle stop on First Street West at 1:08 a.m. today.

Gary Don Story of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of false reports to law enforcement authorities after a woman called 911 to report a disturbance at 1:23 a.m. today saying that she was walking on Fourth Street and wanted to stay on the phone.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Leeann Lynn Duran of Havre, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court on a warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 9:12 a.m.

Richard Lee Sutherland of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after Rocky Boy Police officers asked for assistance in Box Elder at 8:16 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight calls Monday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 8-week-old kittens, two 6-week-old kittens and an 11-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, seven female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held four female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female collie dog, a male 9-month-old puppy and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy. Two 10-week-old Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-husky mix puppies, one female and one male, are being held separately.
