Havre Police Department

A caller walking east on First Street reported Friday at 8:58 p.m. that a man confronted the caller and started arguing, and someone stopped at the police station at 10:02 and 11:21 p.m. to speak with officers about the incident

John Alan Horseman of Fort Belknap, 49, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported a man harassing customers Friday at 11:58 p.m.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported Saturday at 12:56 a.m. that a vehicle hit the building and left.

Shelbi Queen Eagleman of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and seat belt violation after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a woman had crashed a vehicle into a parked car Saturday at 1:24 a.m.

Joshua James Fredrick Nimmick of Havre, 43, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Havre-area caller asked Saturday at 5:02 a.m. to speak to an officer.

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported on Second Street at 9:21 a.m. Saturday.

A two-vehicle crash involving a Ford Taurus and and a Dodge Ram was reported on Fifth Avenue at 10:04 a.m. Saturday.

Jayme Rae Crawford of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver's license, driving without vehicle insurance and failure to yield the right of way and on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue Saturday at 11:45 a.m.

Caden Isiah Plante of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a caller asked officers Saturday at 12:14 p.m. for assistance removing a family member from a Third Street location.

Saturday at 1:14 p.m., someone at a First Street West establishment reported a stolen 2008 Impala, but investigating officers said the allegation was unfounded.

A Saturday 2:44 p.m. caller at a Seventh Street facility reported possible abuse.

--

Someone stopped at a the police station at 6:09 p.m. Saturday to report that their child's bike was stolen.

Randy Dale Stevens of Great Falls, 29, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and assault by coercion, intimidation or threat after a caller at the Sixth Avenue softball complex reported a possible intoxicated man Saturday at 6:33 p.m.

Leeann Lynn Duran of Havre, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a 17-year-old was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault with apprehension of injury after a caller on Smithville Road asked Saturday at 10:15 p.m. for assistance.

--

A 10-year-old and a 14-year-old were each issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after an Eighth Street caller reported Saturday at 10:43 p.m. that their children were not home yet and the caller didn't know where they were.

Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of violation of a no contact order and trespass to property after a caller on Fifth Street reported someone was knocking on the windows Sunday at 1:04 a.m.

A hit and run crash on Lincoln Avenue was reported Sunday at 2:33 p.m.

--

A Fifth Street caller reported Sunday at 8:58 a.m. that a vehicle had been damage during the night.

--

Officers investigated a 9:31 a.m. Sunday report that a car was broken into on 15th Avenue.

Avery Jordan Boe of Hays, 36, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after several Third Street callers reported a man and woman were fighting Sunday at 10:31 a.m.

A 14-year-old was arrested and a 10-year-old was issued a summons, each on charges of obstructing a peace officer and trespass to property, after a Lincoln Avenue caller asked for assistance with two boys Sunday at 11:51 a.m.

Officers investigated a hit and run vehicle crash reported Sunday at 1:29 p.m. on 12th Street.

--

A two-vehicle crash involving an Envoy and an Edge was reported Sunday at 3:47 p.m. near First Avenue and Second Street.

--

Officers assisted emergency medical services today at 12:13 a.m. on Sixth Street.

--

A Third Street caller asked at 12:33 a.m. today for assistance finding their 12-year-old child.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Autumn Dawn Wright of Havre, 39, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser Friday at 12:55 p.m.

Stephen Eric Engelhardt of Havre, 38, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and two state District Court warrants after a caller at a 34th Street Southeast business asked Friday at 3:14 p.m. for assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and five calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 8-week-old kittens, two 6-week-old kittens and an 11-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, seven female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed breed dogs, a female collie dog, a male 9-month-old puppy and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy.
