Havre Police Department

Gary Clayton Standingchief Jr. of Havre, 36, was arrested on a probation violation charge after someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 6:34 a.m. to report a that a man was acting strangely.

Colette Cecelid LaPointe of Fargo, North Dakota, 65, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property after a caller reported Thursday at 8:39 a.m. that a woman was inconveniencing workers at a Third Street facility.

A caller at a Highland Park School reported Thursday at 10:18 a.m. that a dog bit someone.

--

A16th Street caller reported at 12:43 p.m. Thursday that someone shot a hole through a bedroom window.

--

Jara Danae Gray of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a Seventh Street caller reported that a child was trying to get out a second-story window Thursday at 8:04 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summons or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 8-week-old kittens, two 5-week-old kittens and a 10-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, seven female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a male St. Bernard-mix dog, two female mixed breed dogs, a female collie dog, a male 9-month-old puppy, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 18-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
