Havre Police Department

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 8:01 a.m. to speak with an officer about filing charges.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 68, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported an attempted beer theft Thursday at 11:53 a.m.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after a caller on First Street reported at 2:08 p.m. Thursday that a man was on the ground and rolling around.

Brian Douglas Couch or Plentywood, 45, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a man urinating on the property.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash between a Dodge Charger and a Ford Explorer Thursday at 3:38 p.m.

--

A package was reported Thursday at 5:23 p.m. stolen from Ninth Avenue.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 10:24 p.m. to speak with an officer about a juvenile.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A summons was issued after a caller at Box Elder School asked deputies for assistance Thursday at 2:54 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 3-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four male cats, a female 12-week-old kitten and four female cats.

The shelter also held a male Dachshund dog, two female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies, two female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female collie dog, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Staffordshire bull terrier dog.
