1. Interlocal agreement with Hill County for ambulance services outside city limits.

2. Ratification of memorandum of agreement settling contracts for fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021 with The International Association of Fire Fighters Local 601.

3. Ratification of International Association of Fire Fighters Local 601 collective bargaining agreement for Fiscal Year 2021-22.

4. Consider request from National Alliance On Mental Illness — NAMI — to close Third Avenue Between Third and Fourth streets from 3-6:30 p.m. May 22 for an open house barbeque.

5. Resolution No. 3833 — A Resolution Amending The Budget In The Historical Preservation Fund (2935) Of The City Of Havre, Montana.

6. Ordinance No. 914 — An Ordinance Providing For The Transition From A Commission-Executive Form Of Local Government To A Charter Form Of Local Government.

7. Ordinance No. 915 — An Ordinance Providing For The Continued Effectiveness Of Ordinances, Obligations, And Officers After Government Transition.

8. Ordinance No. 916 — An Ordinance Amending Title 1, Chapter 4, Section 20 Pertaining To Newly Appointed City CouncIl Members.

9. Ordinance No. 917 — An Ordinance Amending Title 1, Chapter 8, Section 1 Pertaining To The Fire Marshal And Deputy Fire Marshal.

10. Ordinance No. 918 — An Ordinance Amending Title 2, Chapter 6, Section 1 Pertaining To The Creation And Establishment Of The City Tree Commission.

11. Ordinance No. 919 — An Ordinance Amending Title 3, Chapter 1, Section 5 Pertaining To The Members Of The Police Department.

12. Ordinance No. 920 — An Ordinance Amending Title 3, Chapter 2, Section 16 Pertaining To Mutual Aid Agreements.

13. Ordinance No. 921 — An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Chapter 1, Section 14 Of The Havre City Code To Modify The Calculation Of Building Permit Fees.

14. Approval of Independence Bank pledged securities for quarter ending March 31, 2021.

15. Approval of April claims and manual warrants.
