Local News - Benefit set for Streatery Frozen Meals Program

The Recovery Benefit Concert, a free event to raise donations for Streatery owner Sarah Manuel’s Frozen Meals Program, is set for Friday at 5 p.m. at the Atrium Mall.

The concert will feature Tattered Blue Cardigans, and organizer Derek Hann said he is working on making concessions available.

Through her program Manuel provides healthy frozen meals, which have been prepared in her Streatery food truck, to families with food insecurity. People can donate at the concert or through Manuel’s GoFundMe account at https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-streatery-help-others .
