Havre Police Department

A 15-year-old was issued a summons no an under-age tobacco possession or consumption charge after a caller at Havre High School reported a tobacco violation Monday at 10:45 a.m.

Officers investigated an incident after a vehicle stop on 12th Street Monday at 11:45 a.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 1:20 p.m. that a vehicle backed into a white Subaru Outback.

An arrest was made after a domestic disturbance was reported on Sixth Street at 4:16 p.m. Monday. No details on the charges were listed in the dispatch log. However, Krystyna Daychild-Pease, who was named as an involved party, was listed in the jail roster this morning as being held on a charge of violation of a protection order.

Monday at 7:35 p.m., a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 East business as to speak with an officer about vandalism.

Two arrests were made after a disturbance was reported Monday at 11:55 p.m. on 14th Avenue. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but two people named as involved parties were listed in the jail roster this morning, Memoree Rose Sunchild on a charge of disorderly conduct and Ariel Micheala Sunchild on a charge of disorderly conduct and a City Court and two Justice Court warrants, each for failure to comply.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a 9:51 a.m. Monday report of an assault on Anderson Road.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 3-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four male cats, one male and two female 12-week-old kittens, and four female cats.

The shelter also held two female and one male 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies, two female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Staffordshire bull terrier dog.
