Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a burglary on Second Street Thursday at 9:25 a.m.

A two-vehicle crash involving a Chevrolet Equinox and a Chevrolet pickup truck was reported on First Street at 10:52 a.m. Thursday.

T'Shauna Lee Azure of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a criminal mischief charge after a Second Avenue caller reported at 12:30 p.m. Thursday that the caller's son's girlfriend kicked the window out of the son's room.

A caller at Havre High School reported a fender bender in the school parking lot Thursday at 3:35 p.m.

Three people were issued summonses after a caller at the high school reported that an assault occurred in front of the school Thursday at 3:37 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Colette Cecelia LaPointe of Fargo, North Dakota, 65, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street establishment reported at 1:02 a.m. today that an unwanted person was still hanging around.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a complaint reported Thursday at 8:59 a.m. on 22nd Avenue West.

A Thursday 3:27 p.m. semitrailer rollover at mile marker 21 on Wildhorse Road was referred to Montana Highway Patrol for investigation and Havre Fire Department for an ambulance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Thursday, including one to a semitrailer rollover on Wildhorse Road and one assistance with a fire call.

Firefighters, an ambulance crew and a NorthWestern Energy crew responded to a Thursday 4:05 p.m. report of a power line down on the 600 Block of 14th Avenue. The line was a cable and the appropriate service company was contacted.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two kittens of unknown gender, six male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held two female and one male 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Staffordshire bull terrier dog.
