Havre Police Department

Sancha Marie Valenzuela of Great Falls, 38, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, careless driving, negligent endangerment, habitual traffic offender and failing to carry proof of insurance after a two vehicle, non-injury crash was reported at 6:50 a.m. Tuesday on Ninth Street.

A caller at a Fifth Street business reported Tuesday at 9:39 p.m. that the front of the building had been shot with paintballs.

A Tuesday 10:39 a.m. caller reported that a house on First Street had been broken into.

A remote monitoring device violation was reported at the police station Monday at 10:42 a.m.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 30, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Second street reported a man was stumbling in the street and vomiting at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday.

Jamie Lee French of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller asked Tuesday at 4:09 p.m. for assistance with a man at the front door of Fourth Avenue residence.

A 10th Street caller reported at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday that her vehicle had been keyed.

--

Tuesday at 7:32 p.m., a caller at a First Street business reported a vehicle was damaged by a hit and run crash.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Esequeil Pepe Velasquez of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and two Justice or City court warrants and on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after Rocky Boy Police Department asked Tuesday at 8:11 a.m. for assistance at Box Elder School.

An arrest was made after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Tuesday at 8:53 a.m. that an ex was at the caller's residence yelling and would not leave.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, six male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed 13-week-old puppy, two female and one male 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female 19-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Staffordshire bull terrier dog. Another eight 13-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
