Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 10:23 a.m. that a blue and black bicycle had been sitting outside the business for more than a week.

Officers investigated a complaint made at the police station Monday at 11:20 a.m.

John William Loving of Havre, 71, was arrested on charges of trespass to vehicles and disorderly conduct after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported at 2:02 p.m. Monday that an intoxicated man was yelling and refusing to leave.

Darren Wayne Keith of Havre, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Monday at 4:51 p.m.

A two-vehicle crash was reported on First Street at 5:08 p.m. Monday.

Jerry Brock Nystrom of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, two counts, and minor in possession after a caller on Washington Avenue reported a disturbance Monday at 9:13 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Monday at 8:47 a.m., deputies were called to assist someone on Fresno Road South in Kremlin.

Deputies investigated a Monday 11:11 a.m. report from 50th Avenue and 49th Street or found or lost property.

Davis William Cravens of Wolf Point, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 1:05 p.m.

Amy June Leo of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on 10th Street West Monday at 2:02 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday and two calls early this morning.

Firefighters responded Monday at 5:10 p.m. to the 200 or 300 Block of First Street, Havre Fire Chief Mel Paulson said, to assist officers at a vehicle crash.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats of unknown gender, three male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held two female and one male 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female 19-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 15-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Staffordshire bull terrier dog. Another nine 13-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
