Havre Police Department

Officers responding to a complaint at 7:16 a.m. Tuesday at an apartment complex on First Street Northeast arrested Caden Isaiah Plante of Havre, 18, on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession of intoxicants.

Officers responding to a complaint from Cleveland Avenue at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday about two dogs running at large issued a summons.

Officers assisting another agency at 9:34 a.m. Tuesday at the Havre Probation and Parole Office arrested Jeremiah Leookamauna Hughes of Havre, 19, on State District Court warrants.

Officers investigating a past disturbance on 18th Street at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday made two arrests. Details were not available in the dispatch log.

Officers investigated a report made at 4:59 p.m. Monday from 18th Street of a hit-and-run crash.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from 4th Street North at 12:19 p.m. Tuesday reported a man lying in the roadway.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Tuesday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats of unknown gender, three male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held two female and one male 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female 18-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Staffordshire bull terrier dog. Another nine 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
