Havre Police Department

A remote monitoring device violation was reported at 6:52 a.m. Thursday at the police station.

A caller at a First Street West business reported Thursday at 8:41 a.m. that a black and red trail razor bike was stolen sometime while the caller was at work Wednesday.

Kennith Eugene Albertson of Havre, 67, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, careless driving and open container in the city after someone in Highland Park called in a complaint Thursday at 3 p.m.

Officers investigated a Thursday 4:04 p.m. report of a brown pit bull terrier mix that bit the caller and attacked the caller's dog.

A caller at the hospital reported a dog bite Thursday at 4:39 p.m.

Kim Kristina Johnson of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and resisting arrest after a caller on 10th Street asked Thursday at 5:47 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a fight in progress at that location at 1:27 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Jim Dale Swick of Dickinson, North Dakota, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

An arrest was made on drug offenses reported by detention center booking personnel Thursday at 7:32 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats of unknown gender, three male cats and six female cats.

The shelter also held a female 14-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, a female and a male 13-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female 10-month-old Chihuahua/corgi puppy, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, a female 17-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy. Another nine 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately
