Havre Police Department

Stephanie Rae Spottedeagle of Box Elder, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street business reported an issue at 8:07 a.m. Tuesday.

Tuesday at 9:48 a.m., a Havre Public Works employee reported a hit and run at the water fill station near Lions Park.

--

Two arrests were made after a caller reported that a man was possibly trying to steal a vehicle Tuesday at 10:21 a.m. at a business on U.S. Highway 2 West. Gordon James Bacon and Starr Ane Oxford, who are named in the dispatch log as involved parties, were in this morning's jail roster. Bacon was being held on a charge of violations of conditions of release and Oxford on three counts of violations of conditions of release and a charge of possession of dangerous drugs.

A Third Street caller reported Tuesday at 11:32 a.m. that a garage had been spray painted.

A caller with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway reported at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday that the lock had been cut off a door to a building BNSF owns on First Street.

A two-vehicle crash in which an airbag was deployed was reported Tuesday at 2:55 p.m. in the area of Seventh Avenue and Fourth Street.

A hit and run crash was reported on Buttrey Drive of the Montana State University-Northern campus Tuesday at 5:23 p.m.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 7:51 p.m. and asked to speak with an officer.

Alissa Jess Nanini of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of false identification by a minor to get alcohol and minor in possession after a caller at a First Street establishment reported someone using a fake ID Tuesday at 11:02 p.m.

Nathaniel Wayne Doney of Hays, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Second Street reported a noise complaint at 3:06 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Jalen Jaret Watson of Havre, 19, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday, one at 12:49 p.m. and two at 1:49 p.m.

Nicholas Theodore Henderson of Havre, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the detention center Tuesday at 12:57 p.m.

 

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight calls in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats of unknown gender, three male cats and six female cats.

The shelter also held a female 14-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, a female and a male 13-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female 6-month-old Chihuahua/corgi puppy, a male St. Bernard dog, a female 17-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 16-week-old mixed breed puppy. Another nine 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately
