Havre Police Department

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported a sex offense Wednesday at 12:35 p.m.

A caller at Havre High School reported Wednesday at 4:56 p.m. reported being backed into at 3:20 p.m.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at Montana State University-Northern tennis courts made a complaint at 5:59 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Wednesday at noon on County Road 565 Southeast.

David Perez of Havre, 45, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order, during a vehicle stop at the road to the landfill off U.S. Highway 2 East at 2:18 a.m. today.

Eric Martin Schildt of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after an officer investigated suspicious activity reported at 3:23 a.m. today by a caller at mile marker 350 in U.S. Highway 2 near Hingham.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 13-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, a female and two male 12-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female 26-week-old Chihuahua/corgi puppy, a male St. Bernard dog, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 7-month-old puppy, a male 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 15-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
