Havre Police Department

A Havre Public Works employee reported the theft of a pole and signage at Sixth Street and Twelfth Avenue Monday at 8:47 p.m.

Patrick Ryan Schroeder of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance after Schroeder stopped at the police station Monday at 10:30 a.m. for assistance regarding the sexual or violent offender registry.

A Monday 11:09 a.m. caller at a First Street business reported the theft of some beer.

Holley Ranee Leo of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the courthouse Monday at 1:53 p.m.

Benjamin James Kaval of Rocky Boy, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after he went to the police station Monday at 4:37 p.m. to turn himself in.

Jacob Blaine Duran of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on charges of DUI, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, no insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street West business reported a man passed out on the business' property Monday at 4:41 p.m.

A Third Street caller reported finding a bike at 5:18 p.m. Monday.

Stormy Rae Theboy of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after officers assisted Monday 7:06 p.m. with an ambulance call involving a 4-year-old on First Street West.

A Washington Avenue caller reported four kids were yelling at the caller at 1:18 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at a Sixth Street North facility reported Monday at 6:28 p.m. that a resident had run away.

Monday at 6:55 p.m., a caller on Washington Avenue reported that two pit bulls had torn up a horse.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 9-week-old male kitten, four male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female and four male 12-week-old mixed breed puppies, a female 26-week-old Chihuahua/corgi puppy, a male boxer-pit bull cross dog, and a male mixed-breed dog.
