State and local COVID-19 update, March 22, 2021

Editor’s note: This version corrects the total number of deaths in Liberty and Phillips counties.

The total number of cases of COVID-19 in Montana on the state map after today’s update was 103,098 with 73 new cases, 974 active. The number of active hospitalizations was 51. The number of deaths was 1,414.

Blaine County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 712 total, 10 active, 24 deaths.

Hill County Health Department reported Sunday evening being notified of 1 new case Saturday and Sunday with 1,930 total, 5 active, 42 deaths.

Rocky Boy Health Center reported March 11, also reported on either Chouteau or Hill County numbers, 794 total, none active, no active hospitalizations, total deaths not listed. The center has said it will not post data if no numbers change.

Fort Belknap, reported Thursday evening, also reported on either Blaine or Phillips County numbers, no new cases, 429 total, 5 active, no active hospitalizations, 12 deaths.

Phillips County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 515 total, 12 active, 15 deaths.

Liberty County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 117 total, none active, 1 death.

Chouteau County, reported on the state update this morning, had no new cases, 493 total, none active, 5 deaths.
