A caller at 14th Place and Jefferson Avenue reported Thursday at 7:25 a.m. seeing tire marks and a street sign down.

Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 32, was issued a summons an a charge of violation of a no contact order after Thursday 9:52 a.m. caller asked for officers at a disturbance on Fifth Street.

A two-vehicle crash involving a Chevrolet Silverado and a Ford Explorer was reported at 11:08 a.m. Thursday on Cowan Drive.

--

A 23rd Street caller reported a missing gun Thursday at 12:03 p.m.

Thursday at 1:06 p.m., a Lincoln Avenue caller reported a vehicle had been hit during the night.

Rocky Boy Police Department officers reported they were in pursuit of a vehicle headed northbound on Beaver Creek Highway Thursday at 8:51 p.m.

Filberta May Skidmore of Hays, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported a woman outside screaming at 11:04 a.m.

--

Lex Dale Helgeson of Havre, 27, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a Fifth Street caller asked Thursday at 11:24 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Tristan Alan Labatte of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of false identification used by a minor to get alcohol and minor in possession after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a fake ID.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a burglary reported at a 34th Street Southeast business Thursday at 2:41 p.m.

Davis William Cravens of Wolf Point, 24, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, reckless driving, driving under the influence, driving without a driver's license and operating a vehicle without valid registration and on three Justice or City court warrants after deputies assisted Rocky Boy Police Thursday at 8:47 p.m. with a vehicle pursuit on Beaver Creek Highway.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats, two 6-week-old kittens and a 26-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, five male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 11-week-old mixed breed puppy, a female and two male 9-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male mixed-breed dog and a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy. Another three puppies, all mixed-breed 10-week-old males, were being housed separately.
