Havre Police Department

A Boulevard Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 7:57 a.m. that a garage had been broken into.

An arrest was made after a 10th Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 2:20 p.m. that a dog had been burnt. Raven Ray Wolfgang Lanier, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Officers investigated a 7:44 p.m. Wednesday incident with a child on Fourth Street needing medical attention.

A caller at an 11th Street West business reported at 10:14 p.m. Wednesday that someone had stolen some beer.

Ronald Bryan Folk of Havre, 51, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without proof of vehicle insurance and Jacob Logan James Folk of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice of City court warrants during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East at 12:32 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The airport manager reported an abandoned vehicle at Havre City-County Airport Wednesday at 2:12 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a cat and two 6-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 11-week-old mixed breed puppy, a female and two male 9-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male mixed-breed dog and a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy. Another three puppies, all mixed-breed 10-week-old males, were being housed separately.
