Havre Police Department

A caller on Third Street reported a two-vehicle crash between a silver van and a grey Jeep Tuesday at 11:55 a.m.

A First Street business caller reported a theft Tuesday at 1:32 p.m.

Joshua Steven Kirkaldie of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, trespass to property, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a belligerent man was reported Tuesday at 9:58 p.m. at a First Street establishment.

J'Shonn Melinda Descharm of Rocky Boy, 32, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West at 11:46 p.m. Monday.

A Bullhook Road Southeast caller reported a scam Tuesday at 3:41 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 6-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats, a 9-month-old male kitten and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 11-week-old mixed breed puppy, a female and two male 9-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male mixed-breed dog, and a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy. Another three puppies, all mixed-breed 9-week-old males, were being housed separately.
