Havre Police Department

Krystyna Pease of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after someone stopped at the police station at 9:38 a.m. Monday to report that a car had been stolen.

Officers investigated a complaint made at the police station Monday at 9:57 a.m.

Someone stopped at the police station at 10:53 a.m. Monday to report a complaint.

A caller on Third Street asked Monday at 3:38 p.m. for a well-being check on girl.

Isaac Alexander Chapa of Havre, 28, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of probation violation after officers responded to his Monday 10:24 p.m. call asking for officers.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Edwin Vernel Franklin of Havre, 60, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after being transported from District Court to Hill County Detention Center Monday at 1:10 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 6-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five male cats, an 8-month-old male kitten and five female cats.

The shelter also held a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 11-week-old mixed breed puppy, a female and two male 9-week-old mixed breed puppies, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a male 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Rottweiler dog and a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy. Another three puppies, all mixed-breed 9-week-old males, were being housed separately.

A girl was born Friday, March 5, 2021, to Falcon Meyers and Lance Young of Havre.
