There were some amazing games bowled this year in the tournament. Just to show you the difference, most teams or bowlers who won last year’s tournament wouldn’t have even made the bottom cuts for this year. Shawn Burrington has been on fire the last two weeks. The 11th frame has been his nemesis. He has missed the 300 games three times. High score for last week with, now check these games out, 290,266,267 and an 823 series giving him the high scores for the week. 16 Xs in a row, but not in the 12 in the same game. I heard all but five were strikes for the three games. If I’m wrong I will correct this. He’s looking good, and — see a 300 in the near future.
